Bob Holzer Towing

My battery died so I needed a jump and called AAA. Bob Holzer Towing was dispatched. One of their drivers, Mario, arrived 15-20 minutes early, was friendly, knowledgable, informative, helpful, professional and always smiling. He checks all of the boxes. I told my husband about my positive experience and he said that Mario has come to his rescue as well and had the same experience. Thank you Holzer Towing for having great employees like Mario!

Rude and unprofessional. Front desk person that picks up the call was making jokes the whole time even though it was very clear I was upset and confused about the whole situation. Meanwhile, the actual driver came 2 hours too early than we requested, and then claimed we weren’t available to pick up, therefore cancelling our appointment and forcing us to create a new appointment altogether. If you want a towing company that can actually pick you up on time and show common decency and respect, go somewhere else.

100% recommend. I was right about to drive home from Santa Barbara to San Diego when my tire popped. I talked to the operator who is awesome, I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful. The technician Bradyhn (sorry not sure of spelling) arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and helped to get the spare on right away. Then they recommended me to a local tire shop right down the road. These guys really saved me. I am very grateful.

These guys really saved me. My car broke down as I was making my way home. The dispatcher, Susan, was so lovely and comforting. Clayton was a genuine hero and drove me and my car a very, veryyyy long way. The situation was not ideal, but thanks to these kind folks, I was safe and taken care of.
